شرکت رنا ؛ در سال 1336 و با سرمایه اولیه ده میلیون ریال به مدت نامحدود شروع بکار کرد. فعالیت اصلی شرکت در ابتدا ورود کامیون و ماشین آلات کشاورزی بوده است. بعد از پیروزی انقلاب شکوهمند اسلامی، شرکت رنا تحت پوشش وزارت صنایع سنگین قرار گرفت اما در سال 1362 با توجه به زمينه فعالیت شرکت، به وزارت بازرگانی به صورت وکالتی واگذار گردید. در سال 1370 بنا به توافق دو وزارتخانه ، شرکت رنا برای دومین بار تحت پوشش وزارت صنایع و معادن ایران قرار گرفت فعالیت شرکت بنا بر اصلاحیه صورتجلسه مجمع عمومی فوق العاده در مورخ 22/8/1373 به ورود کامیون ولوو، وانت نیسان و هر نوع خودروی سبک و سنگین دیگر، ماشین آلات صنعتی و کشاورزی و واردات و فروش لوازم یدکی و همچنین سرمایه گذاری در زمینه ساخت، تهیه و توزیع ... ادامه مطلب
